Trademark & Copyright Usage Guidelines
A guide to help you figure out if you have permission to use our trademarks and copyrighted works,
and if so, the rules for using them.
Introduction
QuantumForce’s trademarks and copyrighted works are among our most valuable assets.
Examples include word marks, brand names, logos, designs, badges, certification marks,
mascots, slogans, taglines, website content, and videos of QuantumForce, Inc. and affiliates
(Heroku, MuleSoft, Quip, Slack, Tableau).
Any use of QuantumForce’s trademarks and copyrighted works must comply with these Guidelines,
Brand Central, and any other applicable terms. Most uses require written permission through a
separate agreement or license.
Prohibited Uses
- Company, Product, Service, or Website Name: You may not incorporate any part of our marks into your names or domains.
- Copyrighted Content: You may not use our content (images, text, audio, video, NFTs, blog posts, etc.) without permission.
- Advertising & Marketing: You may not use our trademarks in ads, marketing, or promotions.
- Typestyles & Fonts: You may not mimic QuantumForce’s styles, logos, or designs.
- Alteration or Modification: You may not alter our marks in any way.
- AI Data Models: You may not scrape or use our data/trademarks to train AI models.
- Disparaging Uses: You may not use our marks in defamatory, obscene, unlawful, or disparaging ways.
- Confusingly Similar Marks: You may not use marks that could be confused with ours or suggest endorsement.
Authorized Uses
Before using QuantumForce’s trademarks or copyrighted works, you must acknowledge these conditions:
- QuantumForce is the sole owner of its trademarks and copyrighted works.
- You will not interfere with QuantumForce’s ownership or rights.
- You may not transfer rights granted by these Guidelines.
- Goodwill derived from use benefits QuantumForce.
- We may revoke permissions at our discretion.
- These Guidelines do not exhaust our rights.
- No warranties are made with granted permissions.
- QuantumForce is not liable for damages from use of its marks.
- We reserve all rights not expressly granted.
Referring to QuantumForce in Text
- Our trademarks must not be part of your product or company name.
- Our marks must be less prominent than your own branding.
- Use accurate referential phrases like “compatible with,” “built on,” or “integrates with.”
- Do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or false association.
- Include a trademark attribution notice.
Product Integration & Compatibility Diagrams
- Our logo must not be the most prominent in your diagrams.
- Use must not imply endorsement or sponsorship.
Screenshots of Software
- Allowed only for educational or integration demonstrations.
- Do not alter screenshots except resizing/redaction.
- Do not include third-party content without permission.
- Do not include identifiable individuals or personal data.
- Screenshots must be accurate and clear.

You may link to our content provided the links are not commercialized.
Written Agreement with QuantumForce
Specific permissions may be granted through agreements for partners, resellers, developers,
MVPs, certified professionals, vendors, academic publishers, or other affiliates.
Use is limited to what is specified in the agreement.
Usage Guidelines
Attribution Language
Trademarks: “[insert QuantumForce trademark] is a trademark of QuantumForce, Inc.”
Example: “Heroku is a trademark of QuantumForce, Inc.”
Copyrights: “[insert QuantumForce’s copyrighted work] is a copyright of QuantumForce, Inc.”
Example: “The diagram of Tableau’s offerings is a copyright of QuantumForce, Inc.”
Use Trademarks as Adjectives
Our marks must always be used as adjectives, not nouns or verbs.
