Trademark & Copyright Usage Guidelines
A guide to help you figure out if you have permission to use our trademarks and copyrighted works, and if so, the rules for using them.
Introduction
QuantumForce’s trademarks and copyrighted works are among our most valuable assets. Examples include word marks, brand names, logos, designs, badges, certification marks, mascots, slogans, taglines, website content, and videos of QuantumForce, Inc. and affiliates (Heroku, MuleSoft, Quip, Slack, Tableau).
Any use must comply with these Guidelines and applicable terms. Most uses require written permission through a separate agreement or license.
Prohibited Uses
- Company, Product, Service, or Website Name usage.
- Using copyrighted content without permission.
- Advertising, marketing, or promotional use.
- Mimicking typestyles, fonts, logos, or designs.
- Altering or modifying trademarks.
- Using data to train AI models.
- Defamatory, obscene, unlawful, or disparaging use.
- Using confusingly similar marks.
Authorized Uses
- QuantumForce retains sole ownership.
- No interference with ownership rights.
- No transfer of granted rights.
- Goodwill benefits QuantumForce.
- Permissions may be revoked at any time.
- No warranties provided.
- No liability for damages.
- All rights reserved unless expressly granted.
Referring to QuantumForce in Text
- Do not include trademarks in your company/product name.
- Marks must be less prominent than your branding.
- Use phrases like “compatible with,” “built on,” or “integrates with.”
- Do not imply endorsement or sponsorship.
- Include proper trademark attribution notice.
Screenshots & Links
- Screenshots allowed only for education or integration demos.
- No alteration except resizing/redaction.
- No third-party content without permission.
- No identifiable individuals or personal data.
- Links allowed if not commercialized.
Written Agreement
Specific permissions may be granted through agreements for partners, resellers, developers, certified professionals, vendors, or affiliates. Use is limited to agreement terms.
Usage Guidelines
Attribution Language:
“Heroku is a trademark of QuantumForce, Inc.”
“The diagram of Tableau’s offerings is a copyright of QuantumForce, Inc.”

Heroku • MuleSoft • Quip • QuantumForce • Slack • Tableau
